I’m Kit Young.

For well over a decade, I’ve had the privilege of working in spaces that call for creativity, problem solving, cross-functional work, detail and craftsmanship, and success that’s sustainable.

All of this is built on two key concepts:

1. Human-centered design: letting the user, the audience, the viewer be the focal point for narrative, function, research and the experience as a whole.
2. Research: letting it guide the defining of the problem to be solved or job-to-be-done and setting the context of the problem.

By building on these two concepts, the design can be created to solve the right problem for the right group with the right content at the right time. And more, the research done along the way can be applied to new solutions from the immediate work and not just build on success, but build to new heights.

It’s this all-encompassing philosophy that I want to bring to your organization.
